Manager Don Ring was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to San Antonio in 1982. His first automotive job was with Lube Tech in 1978 . He worked 6 years as a Ford Technician. He decided to move into management in 1984 at an auto accessory shop. Don managed 3 Kmart Auto Service shops as an area manager, as well as opening a Super Kmart Auto Center. He became an employee with Potranco Automotive Memorial Day 1995. His hobbies are model railroad building, golfing and woodworking.

Manager Stacie Harris was born in San Antonio and grew up in Medina Lake, where she graduated from Medina Valley High School in 1993. She has worked in the automotive industry for 16 years, running a family owned business. She joined the Potranco team in 2008. She enjoys taking care of the customers needs, making sure they are happy. Her hobbies are spending time with her family and friends.

Manager Gary Gonzales was born in Beeville, Texas and grew up in San Antonio. He began his automotive career working in a local machine shop for 10 years where he developed a passion for auto repair. He went on to open a towing company and after 5 years returned to the repair industry. He joined the Potranco Automotive team in 2008. He has found his calling in customer service where he always tends to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. His hobbies are fishing, hunting, and spending family time.
